Can I use phones I already own?
In many cases, yes. We will assess your existing hardware and determine 3CX compatibility. Supported phones can be provisioned through our auto-provisioning system. Unsupported phones can often still work via manual SIP configuration.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Orders of 10 or more phones qualify for volume pricing. Contact us for a custom quote that includes hardware, provisioning, and optional onsite installation.
How long does provisioning take?
For most deployments, phones are provisioned within 24 hours of receiving your 3CX system credentials. Rush provisioning is available for same-week go-live dates.
What if a phone fails after installation?
All hardware we supply carries a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty. Our support plans include next-business-day replacement for managed clients.
